1830: Ben Chase Probate gives Eliza three pieces of land:
1.  Dwelling house bounded easterly on highway, N. on land of Enoch Foot, w. on the Moses Chase lot, and s. on land of Joseph Poyen valued at 680.00 (probably 15 Wharf lane on the lane)
2. The Chase House bounded easterly on land of Enoch Foot and others, n. on land of David Elliott, westerly by land of Samuel Noyes, and Merrimack River valued at 326.00.
3. Ladd lot, so called, bounded easterly on highway, n. on land of Joseph Poyen, w. on Chase Lot, south on land on Enoch and Samuel Foot valued at 90.00. Probably part of what is now 19/29 Wharf Lane.

1881, Aug 5:  Eliza L. Hall to Richard G. Colby (1064/248) along Colby lane and bounded by land of Hall and Colby (44 x 66.5 x 47 x 78)

Saloon/Billiard Room built within this time period.

1884, Dec 31: Richard Colby to Howard Colby (1144/1). 33ft wide

1903 Feb: Richard G. Colby, Kate B. Colby, and Howard W. Colby sell land to Clara E. Bickford on the east side of Colby lane. Conveying the building occupied in part by Howard W. Colby as a saloon and the land.  (discharge 2121/255) (mortgage: 1712/92) bounded north by land of Richard G. Colby, East by private way, south and west by Richard G. Colby
