1862: Stephen Noyes and Sarah Hill Hoyt marry

1869-1890: Stephen Noyes live here until 1888 when he moved to the city. Other reference (21) was that Noyes lived there from 1869 to 1890

1868:  Stephen and Sarah Noyes to Samuel Elliott  (781/265 – mortgage) bounded by land of widow L. Colby, Noyes, Johnson and 56 feet along road.

1870: The Barn, originally part of the Swett Tavern property, was torn down.
