1832, Mar 13th: Daniel Carr Bailey (Amesbury) and Lois T. (Barnard) Bailey to David Elliott (Haverhill) (309/244).   8R land + blacksmith shop. Starting at the “crotch of the roads” going 70′ nw along the road to the Baptist church (Ames Line Rd) to Poyen then s. 50′ on Poyen to the road to the school house, 70′ e along that road to start.  Daniel dies of insanity in 1845. He is the son of Stephen Bailey and Anna Carr (d. Daniel Carr and Betsey Chase) and nephew of Eunice Bailey who marries Simeon Chase Jr.. He is the brother of Betsey C. Bailey 3rd wife of Simeon Chase 3rd.

Beginning at the s&S of William Chase then running NW 4R 13L, then by driftway NE 52R 8L to s&S by land of the heirs of Thomas Elliott thence SE 25R 4L to S&S to land set for the widow’s 1/3  then SW 35R to a S&S at the corner of a stone wall then running SW 24R 18L to bound first mentioned containing 9 Acres.

1844: Joseph de Poyen buys 15 acres of woodland and 1 undivided 1/2 of 20 acres in Haverhill from Edmund L. Debreton (for the estate of Stephen S. Crosby) 348/82

1856: Sally de Poyen to Abraham Colby (532/131) 4 acres  Sally could have gotten this from her father Thomas Elliott. From School house (school district #6)  lot westerly 28 R along East Broadway, 38 R along Old Amesbury Line Road, 37 rods easterly along Amesbury Line Road (road from bridge to Plaistow) to stone wall, 7.5R along stone wall to bound first mentioned. Known as the Island containing 4 acres. Formerly occupied by Joseph Poyen (deceased)

1880: William H. Colby and Ella F. Colby to Georgetown Savings Bank (1034/1) This is two pieces of land.  The 4 acres and a small piece on the north side of main street that is 1.5R by 8R and bounded by Joseph Esterbrook. (gotten from Abigail B. George in (723/114)
