Herman Kimball owned land according to 1872 map. Herman dies in 1886 and his wife Caroline dies in 1892. In 1880, are living with Sarah G. (24) (looks like crossed out), son Asa (18), son Arther H. (23), and George M. Nichols (4) grandson and Benjamin Carelton (77) brother.

1911:  Asa (son of Herman) and Carrie O. Kimball to Albert E. Smith 2062/525 Both pieces of land on north and south of Amesbury Line Road. 37 15/100 acres no building, also land on south of ALR 55 45/100 acres.
