Beginning at the south easterly from the road leading from Rock’s Bridge to Groveland Bridge and by the land of Rufus K. Chase, then northerly by the land of said chase to land of John L. Orne, heirs of Timothy Murphy and heirs of Daniel Murphy, to land of heirs of Herman Kimball, then westerly by said heirs of Kimball to the land of Daniel T. Gross, then southerly by said land of Gross to the old county bridge road so called then easterly by county bridge road and also by the road first above mentioned to the point begun containing 80 acres more or less and known as the Elliot Farm.
